Yes, definitely. Once you're subscribed, you'll be able to add unlimited design tasks in Trello board and they'll be processed one by one based on your priorities.

Why wouldn't I just hire a freelancer?

Good freelancers are hard to find, and the process of finding one isn't easy. Availability can be limited, quality and reliability aren't always guaranteed, managing multiple freelancers can be time-consuming, and costs can quickly add up.
Our subscription service provides a dedicated team, consistent quality, streamlined communication, and a predictable monthly rate. It's a hassle-free alternative to freelance designers.

Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

Considering a full-time designer? Here's the scoop: they come with a hefty price tag, costing over $50,000 - $100,000 annually, plus the hassle of finding available talent. But here's the twist—what if your design works fluctuate?
That's where our monthly plan shines! It's all about flexibility and savings. You can pause and resume your subscription whenever you need design work, so you're not paying for idle time. It's a budget-friendly option.

Can I pause, renew or cancel at any time?

Absolutely! You have full control. You can manage your subscriptions, let us know, and we'll pause your subscription with open arms. When you're ready to resume, we'll be waiting here with the same level of enthusiasm. Your satisfaction is our priority, no matter the path you choose.

Are there any contracts?

No contracts here! We believe in keeping things simple and hassle-free. We're all about flexibility and putting you in control of your experience.

How do we communicate?

Communication is key in our design relationship! To keep things organized and transparent, we provide a Trello board where you can add your design tasks and track their progress. We'll submit our designs in the board, you can share feedback, and prioritize the design tasks as you want. If you prefer you can also reach us via subscription@handmade.company

What if I only have one design task?

No worries! If you have a single design task, you can pause your subscription once it's fulfilled. There's no need to waste any unused time. When you have more design needs, you can easily resume your subscription. We're flexible and ready to assist you, no matter the scope of your project.

What is an active task?

An active task refers to any task that is still ongoing. Since most designs will go through a revision process, a task is considered active until all revisions are made and you've given final approval. There will be only one active task at a time for Standard package.

Who are the designers?

We are a team of 3 individuals who have been working together for over 5 years, successfully completing more than 200 projects. We understand the crucial importance of our clients having a reliable and trustworthy team. Your confidentiality is important for us. We maintain strict internal processes, ensuring all information provided by clients remains within our team. We avoid outsourcing design work and strive for consistent progress to avoid delays and maintain a strong, collaborative partnership. Vasilije: Leads as our UI/UX Designer, Brand Strategist, and Project Manager. Igor: Our skilled Graphic and 3D Designer. Alex: Our expert Webflow Developer translates designs into high-quality, functional websites.

How many designs can be done in a single month?

Design tasks take up to 2 business days, depending on complexity. Social media assets can be done in a day, whereas a full web homepage design may take up to 3-5 days for the first draft. We create custom designs based on your needs, no templates.
Subscribing means you hire us for all your design work, and you decide how much work you give us.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the designs?

Certainly! If you have a 14-day subscription plan, you can ask for a refund in two situations.
First, You provided the design task, and if we failed to provide you any work within the first 5 days of your subscription.
Second, if you think the work you've received within the first 5 days isn't good enough.
Your satisfaction matters a lot to us, and we want to make sure you feel confident in using our service. Due to the nature of the work, Standard and Pro plans do not provide any refunds.
